Nacho Egg Rolls

This is a brand new way to enjoy all your favorite Mexican flavors. Beef, nacho cheese, vegetables, and more are enclosed in flour tortillas and then fried until crisp. These make a tasty handheld snack or you can pair them with your favorite sides.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • 4 flour tortilla wraps
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • ½ cup chopped green peppers
  • ½ cup crushed nacho cheese flavored Doritos
  • Handful of shredded iceberg lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the excess grease.
  • Add the peppers and onions and cook for 4 minutes.
  • Mix in the taco seasoning.
  • Combine the Rotel tomatoes and cheese sauce.
  • Spoon a layer of this mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
  • Top with some of the beef mixture.
  • Next, add the sour cream, lettuce and crushed chips.
  • Fold up the sides and then roll the wraps up.
  • Heat a large skillet and cook the wraps in there until they’re crispy all over.
