Nacho Egg Rolls
This is a brand new way to enjoy all your favorite Mexican flavors. Beef, nacho cheese, vegetables, and more are enclosed in flour tortillas and then fried until crisp. These make a tasty handheld snack or you can pair them with your favorite sides.

- 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
- 4 flour tortilla wraps
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup diced yellow onion
- ½ cup chopped green peppers
- ½ cup crushed nacho cheese flavored Doritos
- Handful of shredded iceberg lettuce
Cook the ground beef in a skillet and drain off the excess grease.
Add the peppers and onions and cook for 4 minutes.
Mix in the taco seasoning.
Combine the Rotel tomatoes and cheese sauce.
Spoon a layer of this mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
Top with some of the beef mixture.
Next, add the sour cream, lettuce and crushed chips.
Fold up the sides and then roll the wraps up.
Heat a large skillet and cook the wraps in there until they’re crispy all over.
