Baked Caramel Apple Cheesecake Dip
This wonderful recipe is part apple pie, part caramel cheesecake and part streusel. It’s a sweet, wonderful dessert which is actually a dip.

- 16 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 can caramel apple pie filling
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dippers to serve (crackers, cookies, wafers etc)
For the Streusel Topping:
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- Caramel sundae topping as needed
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat the cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and white sugar until creamy and smooth, using an electric mixer.
Transfer the mixture into a 10-inch pie dish.
Spoon the apple pie filling on top.
Mix the flour, brown sugar and butter in a bowl.
Sprinkle this streusel topping over the apple pie filling.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve drizzled with caramel sundae topping, with pretzels, wafers or cookies for dipping.
