Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 8 Tbsp. Butter softened
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Prepared pie crust
  • 1 C. Buttermilk

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 300 degrees, and place the pie crust onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
  • Beat together the sugar and butter until smooth.
  • Blend in the eggs and vanilla.
  • Add in the flour, salt and buttermilk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  • Let cool before serving.
