Buttermilk Pie

- ¼ tsp. Vanilla
- 1 C. Sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 8 Tbsp. Butter softened
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Prepared pie crust
- 1 C. Buttermilk
Heat the oven to 300 degrees, and place the pie crust onto an aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
Beat together the sugar and butter until smooth.
Blend in the eggs and vanilla.
Add in the flour, salt and buttermilk, and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust, and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Let cool before serving.
