Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

OMG have you ever had garlic-roasted chicken and potatoes? If not, then you are seriously missing out my friend! This dish is absolutely mouth-watering and so easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 Unpeeled cloves of garlic
  • 6 Bone in and skin on chicken leg quarters separated into legs and thighs
  • ¼ C. Maple Syrup
  • ¼ C. Butter melted
  • 6 Large gold potatoes cut into pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place the melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Add the potatoes, garlic and chicken to the baking dish.
  • Season everything with salt and pepper to taste, and toss in the butter to coat well.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, basting a few times in between.
  • Remove the dish from the oven, and brush the chicken with the maple syrup.
  • Place the dish back into the oven, and bake for another 20 minutes.
