Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Prep a 9 X 13-inch baking dish with nonstick baking spray.
Cook chopped bacon pieces. Remove the cooked bacon from the skillet, and set it aside. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking over medium heat.
Sprinkle the ground beef with the seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir to blend spices in with the meat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir well.
As the ground beef is cooking, break it up resulting in a crumble.
Drain the fat from the ground beef and increase to medium-high heat.
Stir in the cream cheese, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce with the cooked ground beef. Mix well until all ingredients are heated.
Spoon this mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the chopped bacon over the beef mixture.
Top with the sliced dill pickles.
Set aside.
Mix the two eggs, cream, and one cup of shredded cheese in a medium bowl. Evenly pour this over the meat mixture in the baking dish.
Sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted or about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to slightly cool for 5 minutes before serving.
