Ingredients
  

  • 6 Boneless Thin Cut Pork Chops
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • ½ tsp.Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • 2 cup. Seasoned Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place the eggs, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. Step 3. Whisk to combine.
  • Cut each pork chop into long strips.
  • Toss the pork pieces in the egg mixture.
  • Roll the pork pieces in the breadcrumbs.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Sear the pork chops for 1 minute on each side.
  • Place the pork chops onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
