6 Boneless Thin-Cut Pork Chops
2 Large Eggs
½ tsp.Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Onion Powder
2 cup. Seasoned Breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt And Pepper To Taste
Instructions:
Step 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Step 2. Place the eggs, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl.
Step 3. Whisk to combine.

Step 4. Cut each pork chop into long strips.
Step 5. Toss the pork pieces in the egg mixture.
Step 6. Roll the pork pieces in the breadcrumbs.
Step 7. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 8. Sear the pork chops for 1 minute on each side.
Step 9. Place the pork chops onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
