Hey there my friends!
When you look at the picture above; what feelings come to mind? For us, it’s comfort!
Texas Roadhouse is a staple in America and is found in numerous states. It’s a steakhouse with very yummy and non-healthy foods. A place you go when you are celebrating or splurging. This is not a place to go if you are trying to follow a diet, because you will most certainly break that diet for steak, fries, and a side dish/appetizer that can be dangerous. You can easily eat a few of these and be too full to eat your main course.
You can guess its rolls, but not just any rolls.
Texas Steakhouse Rolls with Cinnamon Honey Butter. Honey butter is the only way we want our butter on bread. Only using four ingredients, this butter adds a dessert flavor to anything you spread it on. Traditionally, honey butter is used on toast or rolls because savory dishes might not mesh well with the super sweet flavor.
If you have never tried making your own bread or rolls, it is so worth it! We could go on and on about the reasons why you need to make your own, but let’s just stick to the rolls.
What are your stipulations for rolls? Probably the same as everyone you would ask. You want your rolls soft and pillowy with a subtly sweet flavor that melts in your mouth with each bite. We want rolls that can be dipped in sauce, or soup, and slathered with our favorite spread. Texas Steakhouse Rolls with Cinnamon Honey Butter will melt in your mouth with a strong cinnamon flavor.
Should these be served warm?
To ensure you get the entire experience of Texas Roadhouse, you need to eat them fresh from the oven. Not only is bread better warm but the cinnamon honey butter melts into each crevice for a divine bite each time.
