Can You Make It Ahead?
Yes, you can prepare this salad in advance. Since there’s nothing delicate in there, like lettuce leaves, it isn’t going to end up soggy like lettuce-based salads do once they’re dressed. Keep it refrigerated until serving.
This salad will keep for up to 4 days if you keep it refrigerated in a sealed container or bag. It’s not a good recipe for freezing because it will thaw mushy.
