S’mores are a summertime favorite and who doesn’t love sitting around the campfire sandwiching chocolate and marshmallows between graham crackers. But it’s not always convenient to light a fire just to rustle up some dessert, which is why these s’mores bars are so popular.

The traditional ingredients for s’mores are combined and cooked in a bar format rather than making the little snacks individually.

They’re made with graham cracker crumbs and you can crust your own or else buy the graham crackers already crumbled from the grocery store. You will also need butter, powdered sugar, chocolate, and mini marshmallows.

When making the graham crust, don’t add all the butter at once in case there is too much. Add it bit by bit until you have the right texture. Also, make sure the s’mores bars are well chilled before you cut them or else they won’t cut evenly.
