Fudge Chocolate Cookies

Everyone will love it, and this Fudge Chocolate Cookies recipe is the perfect choice for any party, gathering, or just a moment alone.

Fudge Chocolate Cookies

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Baking Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Makes: 22 cookies

Fudge Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

1 box Fudge Brownie Mix

1 box Instant Chocolate Pudding

½ cup Sweet Cream Butter (Melted)

2 Large Eggs (Room temp)

1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

Powdered sugar

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2. Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put powdered sugar in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Directions for the Cookies:

Step 1. Add the brownie mix, pudding mix, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl.

Step 2. Use an electric mixer to combine the ingredients.

Step 3. Use a rubber spatula to stir in the chocolate chips. Put the covered bowl of cookie dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4. With a large cookie scoop, scoop the chilled cookie dough into a ball.

Step 5. Roll the cookie ball in the bowl of powdered sugar.

Step 6. Place the dough on the lined cookie sheet. (Place the cookies 8 inch apart. ) Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. (The shorter time for chewy cookies and the longer time for a cake like cookie.)

Step 7. Once baked, remove from the oven.

Step 8. Set the cookie sheet aside to cool the cookies for 2-5 minutes.

Step 9. Carefully take the baked cookies off of the cookie sheet and place on a wire rack to cool completely.
