FAQ’s

What is Catalina Dressing?

This dressing resembles the color and taste of french dressing; of course, bringing its own flair. It was trademarked in 1962 and then graced tables all over the world to be used in a variety of ways. In brief, this dressing includes a base of vinegar, ketchup, oil, and sugar. In conclusion; Catalina dressing pairs well with a salad that includes protein and in addition; is used to marinate chicken and seafood in a lot of cooking recipes.

Can I make this recipe any healthier?

First off, substitute your standard sour cream for low-fat sour cream. Secondly, grab a healthy salad mix; especially one that includes spinach or kale leaves. Lastly; you can’t really make it more healthy unless you remove the Doritos and well, that wouldn’t make this meal complete, am I right?
