3 tbsp Celery (Chopped Finely)

Squeeze Of Lemon Juice

1 tbsp. Mayonnaise

3 oz. Cream Cheese (At Room Temperature)

1 tsp. Grated Onion

1 tsp. Sugar

6 Eggs (Hard Boiled And Finely Chopped)

Step 1. Mix together the butter, celery, lemon juice, mayonnaise, cream cheese, onion, sugar and eggs in a bowl. Stir to combine well.

Step 2. Spread the mixture on croissants and serve right away, or chill first if desired.
