Cinnamon Bread

Prep Time: 20 minutes | Baking Time: 50 minutes | Total Time: 70 minutes | Makes: 12 slices

Ingredients for the Bread:

2 ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour

1 tbsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Kosher Salt

¾ cup White Sugar

3 Large Eggs

1 ½ Whole Milk

6 tbsp Canola Oil

1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Cinnamon Swirl:

½ cup White Sugar

1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon

2 tbsp Unsalted Butter (Melted)

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the loaf pan.

Step 2. Add flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl. Whisk to blend.

Step 3. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk, oil, and sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Step 4. Stir together the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until it is just moist.

Step 5. Combine sugar, cinnamon, and butter in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Dollop the cinnamon mixture on the top of the bread batter.

Step 7. Use a butter knife to swirl the cinnamon in the batter.

Step 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Step 9. Set aside to cool for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
