Prep Time: 30 minutes | Cook Time: 1-2 minutes | Servings: 30+ balls

Ingredients:

1 ½ cup Peanut Butter Creamy

1 cup Butter Softened

1 tsp. Vanilla

6 cup Powdered Sugar

4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

Step 1. In a mixing bowl, blend together the peanut butter, butter and vanilla until smooth.

Step 2. Add in the powdered sugar, and blend until well combined.

Step 3. Form the dough into 30+ evenly sized balls.

Step 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth and creamy, for 30 seconds intervals.

Step 5. Place a toothpick in the balls, and dip them in the chocolate. Allow them to harden and set on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Step 6. Serve once the chocolate has hardened.
