How to make Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich:
Spread the butter on one piece of the bread.
Flip it over and add the brie and blueberry pie filling.
Add the other slice of brie on top and butter it on the outside.
Now cook in a hot skillet for a couple of minutes on each side or until golden and crisp.
Cut in half and then serve hot.

Blueberry Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- 2 slices honey wheat or white bread
- 3 teaspoons blueberry pie filling
- 3 teaspoons salted butter at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons sliced brie cheese
- Spread the butter on one piece of the bread.
- Flip it over and add the brie and blueberry pie filling.

Can You Make It Ahead?
It’s best to make this sandwich when you’re ready to eat it, since it’s best served fresh.
Keep leftovers in an airtight container and eat within a day or two.
Variations and Substitutions:
Honey wheat bread is delicious in this recipe if you can find it, or else just use plain white bread or whatever you happen to prefer. For a less sweet result, you can use fresh or thawed blueberries instead of the sweetened blueberry pie filling.
