Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 20 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Makes: 8 servings

Ingredients:

4 lb, Chicken Tenderloins

1 ½-cup Panko Breadcrumbs

½ cup White Whole Wheat Flour

2 tbsp Garlic Powder

4 tsp Greek Seasoning

½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Black Pepper

4 Large Eggs

1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions:

Step 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.

Step 2. Spray the grill pan with extra virgin olive oil non stick spray.

Step 3. Pat dry chicken tenderloins with paper towels. Set aside.

Step 4. Whisk panko, flour, garlic powder,Greek seasoning,red pepper flakes, salt and pepper together in a large bowl.

Step 5. In a shallow baking dish add eggs one at a time, Whisk together. (You may need to whisk the eggs often during this process).

Step 6. Dip one tender at a time in the baking dish with eggs.. Allow the extra whisked egg to drip off of the tenders.

Step 7. Directly after, completely cover both sides of the tenders in the panko mixture.

Step 8. Once the air fryer has reached 400 degrees put 3-4 tenders in the air fryer. Make sure that they don’t touch each other. Spray each tender with the extra virgin olive oil.

Step 9. Air fry at 400 degrees for 7-9 minutes. (internal temperature should be 165 degrees.)

Step 10. Repeat step 1-4 until all of the tenders have been cooked.

Step 11. Remove from the air fryer.

Step 12. Plate to serve.
