Method
- Boil the bowtie pasta in a pot of water until done to your liking. Drain well.
- Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat.
- Mix in the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add in the flour and salt, and stir for 1 minute.
- Whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese, paprika and pepper until the cheese melts.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- Stir the noodles into the sauce.
- Garnish with bacon and rosemary before serving.
