Chop the strawberries and set aside.
Blend together the confectioner’s sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
Slice the crust off of each piece of bread, and roll the slices flat with a rolling pin.
Spread a bit of the cream cheese mixture over one half of each slice of bread.
Sprinkle the strawberries over the same half of the bread.
Roll the bread slices closed, starting with the side that has the toppings.
Whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk and cinnamon until well combined.
Dip the bread slices into the egg mixture, and place into a heated pan over medium heat, seam side down.
Brown evenly on all sides until crispy.
Serve garnished with additional powdered sugar or strawberries.
