Method
- Add the turkey legs to a pot of boiling water, and boil low until the meat is tender and falls from the bone.
- Remove the meat, dice and set aside.
- Place the green beans, onions, garlic and reserved turkey meat into the pot with the turkey broth in it.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, and then stir in the potatoes.
- Continue to simmer until the potatoes are tender.
