Method
- Get 2 serving glasses and dip the rim of each one in the caramel sauce.
- Put the raw sugar in a dish and dip the glasses in there too.
- Now drizzle the remaining caramel in the glasses and swirl.
- Put the alcohol in a cocktail shaker and add ice.
- Shake well.
- Half-fill each glass with ice.
- Divide the alcohol mixture between the glasses.
- Sprinkle a little salt on top and serve right away.
