Method
- Add the instant pudding to a medium bowl. Slowly pour in small amounts of nonfat milk.
- Use an electric mixer to blend the pudding and milk. Set aside to thicken for at least 5 minutes.
- Scoop the container of fat free cool whip into the pudding.. Gently stir in the cool whip.
- Stir in 3/4ths of the crushed Oreo cookies. (Reserve the remaining for garnish).
- Transfer this to the refrigerator for one hour.
- Garnish with the remaining crumbled Oreos.
