Keto Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 c almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 c cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 T garlic powder
  • 1 T parsley flakes
  • 1/2 T oregano flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees
  2. Line loaf pan with a baking parchment paper
  3. Put the eggs into a bowl and beat until frothy
  4. Add softened butter to the eggs and mix well
  5. Add baking powder, and almond flour in small batches, mixing between
  6. Blend well, the mixture will get thick
  7. Add in cheese, parsley, garlic and oregano
  8. Mix well
  9. Pour into the loaf pan lined with parchment paper
  10. Bake for about 45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
  11. Allow cooling fully before slicing
