Method
- In a bowl, combine the 4 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 c of unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
- Add in the swerve sweetener and ½ tsp of almond extract. Stir to combine well.
- Place the chia seed mixture covered into the fridge to set overnight.
- In the morning, remove the chia seed pudding and separate it into two equal servings.
- Top each serving with half of the fresh blueberries and 1 tbsp of slivered almonds.
