Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Banana extract
  • β…” c. Almond flour
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • β…“ c Chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. Preheat a greased skillet over medium heat on the stove.
  2. Combine the eggs, cream cheese, almond milk, vanilla extract and banana extract in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add in the almond flour and Swerve sugar substitute. Beat until well combined.
  4. Fold in the β…“ cup of chopped pecans.
  5. Drop the batter by the ΒΌ cup full into the heated skillet. Cook each pancake for a few minutes on one side before flipping, and cooking for an additional minute or two on the other side.
  6. Top with your favorite keto friendly syrup, and serve immediately.
