Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, butter, juice, sugar and vanilla until well incorporated.
- Stir in 3 cups of the flour and yeast.
- Cover the mixture and place into a warm area to rise for 1 hour.
- Layer the remaining flour on a counter, and knead the dough in it for about 5 minutes.
- Separate the dough into 12 roll shapes and place them into a 9x13 baking dish that has been well greased.
- Cover the dish and allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hour more.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
