Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a pair of loaf tins.
- Combine the cake mix with the eggs, pudding mix, hot water, and oil.
- You can add a couple of drops of food coloring if you like.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Divide the batter between the pans and bake for about 45 minutes.
- The pistachio loaves are ready when a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Cool the loaves then slice and serve.
