Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups. Onions Chopped
  • 1 cup Celery Chopped
  • 1 cup Carrots Sliced
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp. Basil
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • 5 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 bag Frozen Corn
  • 16 oz. Tomatoes Diced
  • 8 oz. Tomato Sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Ketchup
  • Salt And Pepper To Taste

Method
 

  1. Place the meat in a pot over medium high heat. Cook until the meat is completely browned. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add the onions, carrots, celery, broth, basil, oregano, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, ketchup and salt and pepper to taste to the pot. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, and then cover and cook over low heat for 1 ½ hours.
