Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Follow the instructions on the package to cook the pasta and then drain it.
Cook the meat until no pink remains, then add the 2 cans of soup to it and ½ can of water.
Cook over a medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring often.
Transfer the cooked pasta into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
Pour the hamburger and soup mixture on top and stir to combine.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and cover the baking dish with foil.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Take off the foil and cook for another 10 minutes.
You can give the casserole 10 minutes under the broiler at this point if you want the cheese more crispy.
