Method
- Place 2 cups of salad greens into a large bowl.
- Top the salad greens with the chopped pepperoni, green olives, crumbled feta, cucumber, tomatoes and red bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, add the white wine vinegar, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Whisk to combine well.
- Pour the dressing mixture over the salad and serve immediately.
