Garden Truffle Fries

Bring all the flavors of fresh herbs into your kitchen with these simple Garden Truffle Fries. The teensy drizzle of Truffle Oil at the end of this recipe turn these flavor french fries into pure bliss.
Course: Appetizers
Cuisine: American

Ingredients

  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 bag Alexia crinkle-cut fries
  • 2 tablespoons white truffle oil
  • Ranch Dressing

Method

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all spices. Toss them over the frozen fries, then transfer the fries to a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook in an oven preheated to 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Drizzle truffle oil over hot fries. Serve with ranch dressing (I like to thin mine out substantially with a bit of whole milk) for dipping. Enjoy!
  3. Great with burgers, pasta, and potlucks!
