Method
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the vegetables, and saute for 3 minutes.
- Stir in the shrimp, and cook for several minutes until cooked through.
- Add the garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
- Mix in the rice, soy sauce and sesame oil, and saute for 3-4 more minutes.
- Scoot the rice mixture off to one side of the skillet, and add the egg to the other side. Scramble the egg, and then mix it into the rice mixture.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
