Fried cabbage Scramble

Sometimes simple recipes are just as good as more complex ones, and this recipe sure is simple. All you need to do is sauté some vegetable and mix in a few eggs, and that’s pretty much all!

Servings: 4

Ingredients
  

  • ½ stick butter or Oleo
  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 1 Vidalia or sweet onion
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Melt the butter or Oleo in a skillet.
  2. Chop the cabbage, onion and green bell pepper, and add to the skillet.
  3. Sauté until the vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour in the eggs and stir with a wooden spoon, cooking until they’re set.
  5. Serve hot.
