Method
- Whisk the mayonnaise with the sour cream, vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Mix in the peas, onion, and most of the bacon.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes and mix that in, stirring to coat everything in the dressing.
- Chill for at least an hour or until you’re ready to serve.
- Sprinkle the remaining bacon on top of the salad.
