Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together the butter and sugar until creamy.
Add in the eggs, vanilla and almond extract.
Mix in the flour, baking powder and cornstarch.
Stir in some sprinkles.
Spread the mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Blend together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and almond extract.
Slowly add in the heavy whipping cream until the frosting is your desired consistency.
Frost the treats, and add additional sprinkles on top.
Slice and serve.
