Christmas Chex Mix

Thisis so easy and it’s also wide open to adaptation. You can use any cereal,chocolate and candies you want to make it.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups plain Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup Christmas or regular M&Ms
  • 3 cups corn or rice Chex
  • 10 ounces white chocolate

Method
 

  1. Microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds.
  2. Stir and microwave some more, until melted.
  3. Mix the cereals, candies and pretzels in another bowl.
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate into the pretzel mixture.
  5. Stir and then pour on to parchment paper.
  6. Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes or until set.
