Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice krispies, peanut butter, pecans, butter, shredded coconut and vanilla.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Form the mixture into evenly sized balls, and freeze for 4 hours.
- Combine the chocolate chips and sweet chocolate square in a bowl that is microwave safe.
- Heat for 30 seconds at a time until smooth.
- Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet to set.
- Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
