Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and powdered sugar substitute until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the almond flour, baking powder and salt, stir to combine.
- Mix in the eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended. Let the mixture set for 3-5 minutes.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Heat a waffle maker to temperature.
- Add ½ cup of the batter to the waffle maker, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Top with butter and your favorite sugar free keto syrup.
