Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter melted
  • 3 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • 1 c Almond flour
  • 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ c Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ¼ c Lily’s chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and powdered sugar substitute until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the almond flour, baking powder and salt, stir to combine.
  3. Mix in the eggs, almond milk and vanilla extract. Beat until well blended. Let the mixture set for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a waffle maker to temperature.
  6. Add ½ cup of the batter to the waffle maker, and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Top with butter and your favorite sugar free keto syrup.
  8. Enjoy!
