Heat the oven to 350 degrees.
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, and use it to grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs well.
In a separate shallow bowl or plate, mix together the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, flour, corn flakes and salt and pepper until well combined.
Dip the chicken into the egg mixture first, and then coat in the crumb mixture.
Place into the prepared casserole dish and top with pieces of the remaining butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
