Method
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Mix the baking powder, salt and sugar with the flour.
- Pour in the buttermilk and mix to create a moist dough.
- Pour the melted butter into an 8-inch square baking pan.
- Put the dough on top of the butter.
- Spread the dough out evenly, using a spatula, until it touches every sides of the pan.
- Use a sharp knife to cut the dough into 9 squares.
- Bake the butter swim biscuits for about 20 minutes or until they’re golden on top.
