Heat the oven to 325 degrees.
Place the ham into a baking dish, with the flat side facing down.
Score the top of the ham with diagonal lines going one way and then the other to form 1 inch sections all over the outside of the ham.
Place the brown sugar, dijon, pineapple with sauce and ground cloves into a pot over medium heat.
Simmer until the sauce thickens.
Brush the glaze over the ham, but reserve a bit for later.
Bake for 90 minutes, brushing with glaze two more times during the cooking process.
Slice and serve.
