Method
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray well with cooking spray.
- Slice the cabbage into thick “steak” slices about ¾ of an inch thick.
- Place the cabbage steaks onto the baking sheet, and drizzle with olive oil.
- Season the steaks with garlic, salt and pepper on both sides.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle the cabbage steaks with the walnuts, and add parmesan cheese for garnish before serving.
