Method
- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the bacon pieces in half lengthwise, and then in half again crosswise. This will create four thin strips of bacon from each slice.
- Wrap one small piece of bacon around each little smokie sausage.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a rack on top of a baking sheet, and bake for 30-40 minutes until the bacon is cooked through and the sausages are browned.
