Bacon Ranch Chicken Crust Pizza

Ingredients
  

For the crust:
  • 1 lb. Ground chicken
  • ½ C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • C. Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Basil
  • 1 Egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
For the sauce:
  • ¼ C. Sour cream
  • 3 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 Tbsp. Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly chopped chives
Toppings:
  • 1 ½ C. Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. Chopped bacon pieces
  • ½ Medium tomato chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Add the ingredients for the crust into a mixing bowl, and combine well.
  3. Spread the chicken crust dough out onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and form it into a thin circle with your hands. You can make the crust as thin or as thick as you would like it.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the beat is cooked through and the crust is starting to brown slightly in parts.
  5. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
  6. Spread the sauce mixture over the top of the pizza.
  7. Top the pizza with the tomato, bacon pieces and mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes and then serve.
