Ingredients
  

  • 4 C. Shredded chicken
  • 3 C. Broccoli florets
  • 3 Tbsp. Butter unsalted
  • 2 tsp. Minced garlic
  • 1 C. Heavy whipping cream
  • C. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 C. Mozzarella cheese divided
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the broiler on your oven.
  • On the stove top, melt the butter over medium heat in an ovenproof skillet.
  • Once the butter is melted, add the broccoli to the pan and saute until the broccoli is just starting to become a bit tender.
  • Add the chicken into the skillet and the minced garlic. Stir and saute a few more minutes before removing the mixture and setting it aside.
  • Turn the heat down on the skillet to medium low.
  • Pour the heavy whipping cream, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese into the skillet, and stir to combine until the cheese is melted. Continue to cook the sauce until it has thickened.
  • Add the chicken and broccoli mixture back into the skillet, and toss to combine.
  • Top the mixture with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and place the skillet under the broiler for several minutes until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
