Blueberry Almond Chia Seeding Pudding is an easy, make-ahead breakfast that's high in both nutrients and flavor. An ideal keto breakfast for those on-the-go mornings!

- 4 tbsp Whole chia seeds
- 1 c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- ½ tsp Almond extract
- 2 tbsp Slivered almonds
- ¼ c Fresh blueberries
In a bowl, combine the 4 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 c of unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
Add in the swerve sweetener and ½ tsp of almond extract. Stir to combine well.
Place the chia seed mixture covered into the fridge to set overnight.
In the morning, remove the chia seed pudding and separate it into two equal servings.
Top each serving with half of the fresh blueberries and 1 tbsp of slivered almonds.
