Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp Whole chia seeds
  • 1 c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp Almond extract
  • 2 tbsp Slivered almonds
  • ¼ c Fresh blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine the 4 tbsp of chia seeds and 1 c of unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
  • Add in the swerve sweetener and ½ tsp of almond extract. Stir to combine well.
  • Place the chia seed mixture covered into the fridge to set overnight.
  • In the morning, remove the chia seed pudding and separate it into two equal servings.
  • Top each serving with half of the fresh blueberries and 1 tbsp of slivered almonds.
