Salted Caramel Mudslide
Some cocktail recipes are light and fruity while others are rich and creamy. This one definitely falls into the latter camp, since the caramel mudslides are rich, creamy and indulgent. These are a great way to get any party started on a high note.
Ingredients
- 3 ounces vodka
- 3 ounces Kahlua coffee liqueur
- 3 ounces Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar
- 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions
- Get 2 serving glasses and dip the rim of each one in the caramel sauce.
- Put the raw sugar in a dish and dip the glasses in there too.
- Now drizzle the remaining caramel in the glasses and swirl.
- Put the alcohol in a cocktail shaker and add ice.
- Shake well.
- Half-fill each glass with ice.
- Divide the alcohol mixture between the glasses.
- Sprinkle a little salt on top and serve right away.
