Pumpkin Cheese Ball
This cheeseball has hints of south of the border flavors with salsa, cumin and Doritos. It makes a cute centerpiece for your Halloween or Thanksgiving table, and is really easy to make.

- 1 pound cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ cup chunky tomato salsa
- 2 cups crumbled Dorito chips
- Stem of a bell pepper for garnish
Beat the cheddar with the cream cheese, onion, cumin, and salsa using a stand mixer.
Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap, shaping it into a ball.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Roll in Dorito crumbs and then decorate with the bell pepper stalk and serve.
