Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
This easy 5-ingredient smoothie recipe is a breeze to make. It calls for frozen fruit to thicken it, help keep it cold and also add those all-important nutrients. Plan ahead by chopping and freezing a banana in a Ziploc bag and also freezing pumpkin puree in an ice cube tray.
- 2 ounces frozen pumpkin puree
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ½ chopped frozen banana
Combine everything in a blender and blend until it’s smooth.
Serve right away, garnished with a cinnamon stick if you like.
