Caramel Apple Pie Bombs
These bite-sized apple treats are so good, boasting juicy apple flavors as well as caramel and a wonderful cinnamon sugar coating.

- 1 can apple pie filling
- 7½- ounce can biscuit dough
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 caramels cut in half
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- Oil for frying
- Caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)
Heat oil in a deep pot.
Stir the cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl.
Roll out the dough and cut into biscuits.
Put a tablespoons of apple pie filling in the middle of each one then add half a caramel on top.
Pinch the dough edges then roll into a ball.
Fry in the hot oil until golden.
Remove the apple caramel bites with a slotted spoon.
Roll in the cinnamon sugar.
Serve hot, drizzled with caramel sauce if liked and/or paired with vanilla ice cream.
